Who we are

This website, bubblybuilds.com, is run by Bubbly Builds. We are responsible for the personal data you send us through it. For anything about your data, write to us at the address at the end of this page.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us, plus the technical details any website needs to run:

• Contact form: your name, work email, company (optional), phone number, the service you are interested in, your message, and your agreement to be contacted.
• Email: whatever you include when you write to us directly.
• Server logs: like any website, our hosting provider records standard request details (IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time) to keep the site running and secure.

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and we do not sell personal data.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask us to, prepare a proposal. We rely on your request and on the consent you give on the form.
• To keep the website secure and working. We rely on our legitimate interest in running a safe website.

Who can see it

The contact form sends your enquiry to our mailbox by email, where the Bubbly Builds team reads it. The companies that host our website and deliver our email process it on our behalf and may not use it for anything else. We share personal data with anyone else only when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to deal with your request and any work that follows, and then delete them. Server logs are kept for a short period set by our hosting provider.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your personal data, and ask us to correct or delete it, to limit or object to how we use it, or to send it to you in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country.

Cookies

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. This website uses only these:

• Cookie consent: our cookie banner stores your choice in a small cookie, so it does not ask again on every page. It is kept for up to 12 months.
• Website administration: WordPress sets login cookies only for our own staff when they sign in to manage the site.

We do not use analytics, advertising or social media cookies. Our fonts are served from our own server, so visiting the site sends nothing to Google Fonts. If we ever add a cookie that needs your consent, it will stay off until you accept it in the banner, and this page will list it.

You can change your choice at any time from the cookie banner, or delete cookies in your browser settings.

If the way we handle personal data changes, we will update this page. The date at the top shows the latest version.
